How long does a withdrawal take?

Up to 3 working days to process

Our Finance team processes withdrawal requests Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 17:00 GMT. Requests are processed within three working days, provided your account verification and all security checks have been completed. Missing documents or further checks may extend the processing time.

When the funds arrive

With a bank transfer, it may take another 3–5 working days after the payment has been sent for the funds to reach your bank account. With an e-wallet, the funds may arrive shortly after they are sent. This delivery time is in addition to the processing time.

24–48 hours for verification

Once we've received all requested documents in full, verification usually takes 24–48 hours. Further checks may take longer. This estimate is for verification, not the entire withdrawal process.

Withdrawal methods and CHF amounts

These minimum and maximum amounts apply per withdrawal from your CHF account. Daily and monthly limits for your VIP level and any bonus terms also apply. Outstanding checks may delay a withdrawal.

Bitcoin, USDT and crypto withdrawals

You can request Bitcoin withdrawals from CHF 60 to CHF 5’400 per transaction. Other crypto methods have limits of CHF 20 to CHF 4’500. Your VIP level's withdrawal limits also apply.

For EUR accounts, Bitcoin withdrawals range from €60 to €5’000 and other listed crypto methods from €20 to €5’000 per withdrawal. The coin, network and receiving address must match. Using the wrong network or address could result in losing your coins.

How much can you withdraw per day and month?

Your VIP level determines how much we can pay out per day and month. The CHF limits apply in addition to each payment method's maximum amount. So a limit of CHF 4’500 per bank transfer doesn't mean that a Level 1 player can withdraw CHF 4’500 in one day.
VIP level Per day in CHF Per month in CHF
Level 1 CHF 500 CHF 7’000
Level 2 CHF 500 CHF 10’000
Level 3 CHF 800 CHF 12’000
Level 4 CHF 1’000 CHF 15’000
Level 5 CHF 1’500 CHF 20’000
You can have up to three pending withdrawal requests at the same time. For multiple withdrawals, we may arrange an individual payment schedule. Where there are several requests, the three-working-day processing period may also begin from the most recently completed withdrawal.

Verify your account

Upload requested documents in your profile under «Verification». The documents we need depend on the checks required for your account. We may ask for additional documents.

Identity and address

We may request a valid, clearly legible identity document and recent proof of address. Depending on the checks, your proof of address must be no more than three or six months old.

Payment method and transactions

We may ask for evidence that the payment method belongs to you, along with bank, card or e-wallet statements. Depending on the checks, the requested transaction history usually covers the past one to three months.

Complete, unaltered documents

We may reject documents that are blurred, expired, edited or incomplete. Scans and screenshots may also be rejected. We need complete, unaltered documents. If you're missing a document or can't upload it, our team can help.

Balances, wagering and bonus terms

Withdrawable funds rather than bonus funds

You can withdraw your available real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. If you have an active bonus, its wagering requirements, deadlines and withdrawal limits apply.

Wager your deposit at least once

Even without a bonus, your total bets must equal at least your deposit before you withdraw. If you've wagered less, we may cancel winnings and charge a fee: 10% of the last deposit, with a minimum of €0.50; for deposits by card or bank transfer, 15%.

Minimum monthly wagering

You must also wager at least €20 during the calendar month in which you request the withdrawal. If you don't meet this requirement, we may reject your request.

If your withdrawal hasn't arrived

Your request is still pending

Processing can take up to three working days, provided all required checks are complete. If we still need documents, your withdrawal may be delayed. A pending request doesn't mean the funds have been sent to your payment provider. If three working days have passed and you've submitted all requested documents, Support can check the current status of your withdrawal.

Sent but not yet received

Bank transfers can take another 3–5 working days after being sent. If that time has passed and the funds still haven't arrived, contact us through live chat or at [email protected] with the amount, request date and withdrawal method.

Request cancelled or rejected

If a request is cancelled, our Finance team will email you with the reason. The message may land in your spam folder. Reasons may include incorrect payment details or technical changes at the payment provider. A request may also be rejected because of unmet wagering requirements, an exhausted limit or a receiving account in someone else's name. Our team can help clarify your case.
