Match the coin and network
USDT on TRC20 and USDT on ERC20 use different networks. Make sure you use the exact coin, network and address shown for your deposit. Sending coins to the wrong network or address could result in losing them.
Transaction confirmation
How quickly a crypto deposit is credited also depends on processing by the relevant network. Keep your transaction ID until the funds appear in your account.
Deposits and the welcome bonus
